Borger Group in Canada took the leap to XMOR® and immediately achieved faster loading cycles

Borger had noticed claims that XMOR^® buckets could increase the productivity of an existing fleet and decided to take a deeper look. Their first contact was with an XMOR^® BHB 90 bucket displayed by AMI Attachments at the Alberta Equipment Expo in April 2025.

They jumped on the opportunity to test the bucket and within a week it was working on a residential earthworks project. The bucket was initially installed on a Deere 850 and then switched over to a Hitachi ZX870 machine with faster hydraulic system.

Borger reaped the rewards from start, cutting loading cycle times by upwards of a minute, from 4+ minutes to 2:30-3:00. It only took Borger a few days to realize the return on investment and decide to buy the demo bucket. After approximately 1,000 hours of use, the XMOR^® BHB 90 bucket showed very minimal wear across the entire bucket.

Another XMOR^® bucket arrived at Borger’s site a few months later. This XMOR^® BHB 60 5.3 yd3 replaced a 4.25 yd3 bucket on a Deere 470 excavator. The operators then reported that they only needed 4 passes instead of 7 to fully load the site’s Komatsu HM400 trucks. Based on this, Borger placed an order for a second identical bucket. In 2026, they plan to outfit more excavators with XMOR^® buckets.
