Best practices to be followed at site for best service life and lower total cost of operation

  • In order to use the full potential of XMOR® body we suggest our customers to carryout timely maintenance and inspection of the tipper bodies following XMOR® maintenance manual.
  • Replace the Liner kit sacrificing plates as and when found in damaged condition to protect the remaining lining plates and base plate for longer service life of the tipper body.
  • XMOR® body is already protected with standard liner package from factory on the side wall and floor the same can be purchased from customer based on wear and tear as per site conditions  
    for increased service life.
  • If material at site is too abrasive and strata of your overburden has big boulders without secondary drilling with higher density heavy duty liner packages can be purchased.
  • We recommend the loading operators to not drop boulders on the top rails.
  • Due to safety and better load distribution scenarios on chassis we recommend no overload of tipper body and no load over canopy.
